What is Mac ‘N Sure?

Mac ‘N Sure is a revolutionary new scheduled maintenance plan from Mac ‘N Tech. Mac ‘N Sure is designed to make it easy for you to keep all your Macintosh computers running at their best and fastest. With Mac ‘N Sure you can be sure that you are always on top of any issues or problems that may otherwise crop up.

What it is:

• A new service of Mac ‘N Tech available to the all Mac users in the Denver and surrounding metropolitan areas.
• A level payment subscription to scheduled maintenance of your Macintosh computer, performed by the great folks at Mac ‘N Tech.
• A user friendly approach to keeping your Mac up to date and running efficiently.
• An easy way to gain control and manage what you spend on computer maintenance.
• A way to spread your maintenance costs out over the entire year.
  

What it is NOT :

• Mac ‘N Sure is not intended to function as an extended hardware warranty plan, such as AppleCare®.
• Is not intended to be, or supplant, any standard or extended hardware warranty plan from any manufacturer.
• It is not a substitute for common sense. If you have any doubts about something you are contemplating to do to your Mac, please call us first. We are here to help.

What is included?

• Flat Rate per month. $55.00 Minimum 6 month term required.
• One tune up per enrolled computer per 6 month term.
  Two (2) hours of additional support and consultation time is included.
• Twenty Five percent discount of any time incurred beyond the 2 hours included in the plan.
• Reduced rate on additional services, such as Off Site back up plans, VPN/Remote Link Support, LAN development and administration, Training, etc.
• Free periodic newsletters.
• Free pre-purchase consultations by phone.
